All products sold are non-returnable. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or minor variations.

We only provide support in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

  • Customized / made-to-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Sale items & gift cards are not eligible for refund or return
